A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Demand Planner strategically leads the S&OP process, aligning the vision of key stakeholders to present a consensus on future demand at L'Oréal. Orchestrating the needs of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply divisions, they generate an integrated plan that drives critical decision-making for the Division's sales forecast, promotional activity planning, and new product launches.

• Lead key S&OP meetings (Launch & promotions, consensus, and validation)
• Management of BLOOM, a statistical tool for demand forecasting (data cleansing and future modeling)
• Catalog cleansing and maintenance
• Responsible for FA, BIAS, E&O, etc. reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience as an Demand Planner.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or administration. 
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel
• Be curious and task oriented.
• SAP
