A Day in the Life
Join our dynamic HR Services team as an HR Data Apprentice, reporting to the People Analytics Manager in the UK. This is your chance to dive into the world of data, analytics, and insights, helping us make smarter, data-driven decisions that shape the future of our people strategy.  

Here’s what you’ll be working on:  

• Be the Data Guru: Run key reports using Success Factors, such as monthly new starters, leavers, and more, while supporting the HR team with their reporting needs. 
• Turn Data into Insights: Analyze HR data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive impactful decision-making
• Build and Innovate: Create report suites, dashboards, and datasets that bring our data to life.  
• Collaborate on Projects: Support the People Analytics Manager with exciting projects and critical reporting deadlines.  
• Keep Us Aligned: Ensure training materials and user guides are refreshed monthly and own newsletters and communications to keep our HR teams informed and inspired.

Your Toolkit

What You’ll Need to Apply  

• You must NOT already hold a degree.  
• Eligible to work in the UK.  
• GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4) or equivalent.  
• Achieved BBC at A-level or equivalent in International Baccalaureate or other courses.
