The Cybersecurity Manager has the primary responsibility for all aspects of information security and technology risk management for Australia and New Zealand.
This role entails the integration of various cybersecurity fields, including infrastructure, application security, risk management, compliance within an IT framework that includes infrastructure, cloud, and digital systems.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead the implementation and enforcement of information security governance, including policies, standards, and procedures, in collaboration with various counter-partners such as IT, Digital, HR, Legal, Finance, Zone, and Global Security teams.
- Develop and execute IT security education plans to raise awareness about IT security risks and best practices.
- Ensure excellence in Information Security Operations and appropriate service level agreement in response to IT security issues (Cybersecurity incidents, Threat & Vulnerability Management, IAM, etc.)
- Perform Risk Analysis of local projects and follow L’Oréal Risk Management methodology and put in place regular Governance Committee with Business Team.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of local cybersecurity projects and communicate key cybersecurity indicators to the zone/platform management, escalating as necessary.
- Oversee local markets IT Security, develop the IT Security policy within the entity, and ensure its right implementation.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong combined experience in IT, with at least some experience in Information Security.
- Familiarity with Australia and New Zealand Cybersecurity & Privacy regulations is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including both verbal and written mediums.
- English working proficiency (oral, written).
- Significant experience as a Project or Program Manager is valuable.
- Exposure to ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001/2) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Security/Data Systems Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, PMP, Agile, etc. are ideal.
