As a Consumer Engagement Specialist, you will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships with our consumers across digital channels. You'll join a dedicated team focused on providing professional online support for our Consumer Products Division brands, turning every interaction into a positive experience.

Your key missions will involve:

  • Leading Consumer Communication: You will be responsible for all external communication on social media (Instagram, Facebook) and email, acting as the voice of our brands.
  • Engaging the Community: Interact with our followers, provide expert product advice, and answer consumer questions to build loyalty and trust.
  • Managing Platforms: You will work with our social media management software (e.g., Sprinklr) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage consumer data and interactions.
  • Driving Insights: You'll summarize consumer data, behavior, and market trends, providing crucial reports and insights to other teams, including Marketing and Sales, to influence business strategy.

We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a true team player who enjoys communicating with customers and has a genuine interest in the beauty industry.

You are a great fit if you are:

  • Experienced in customer service (a B2C background in cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG is a plus)
  • A communicative, responsible, and organized person with a strong sense of social empathy.
  • Highly skilled at navigating social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and have an upper-intermediate (or higher) level of English to collaborate with colleagues and use our internal systems.
  • Familiarity with systems like Sprinklr or Salesforce is an advantage, but not a requirement.
