A Day in the Life

Reporting to the head of the "Environmental Impact Assessment" team, you will be at the heart of our sustainability transformation. You’ll act as the critical interface between R&I's internal needs and external expert partners, ensuring that complex Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) science translates into concrete business strategies for our ingredients and bio-resources.

Guard & Internalize Methodology: Act as a key referent for LCA methodology, guaranteeing the reliability of our environmental impact data (carbon, water, biodiversity) for reporting and formula eco-design.

Oversee Data Governance: Ensure the quality, traceability, and consistency of all environmental data. You will optimize data management processes by bridging the gap between business needs and IT teams.

Manage Impact & Stakeholders: Translate business needs into technical specifications for consultants, critically analyze their results, and transform them into actionable strategic recommendations for internal partners.

Drive Future Development: Contribute to the evolution of our assessment methods, including the product biodiversity footprint, and represent L'Oréal's technical vision in expert working groups.
