Your mission…
As a Business Development Graduate, your role is to take responsibility and drive key tasks to run the daily business with your client and collaborate closely with many key stakeholders. Indeed, you will have the responsibility to drive your customers and projects, largely contribute to the development of the business, and play an active role within the team.
You will…
- Work with iconic makeup brands Maybelline NY, L’Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup, and essie, supporting shaping their growth strategies and making a tangible impact on their success in the market.
- Contribute to exciting projects focused on increasing sales, enhancing brand presence across our portfolio of brands.
- Support in preparing compelling presentations that combine insightful data with powerful visual storytelling, helping to communicate strategies effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Category Growth Managers, RGM specialists, sales teams, and marketing professionals ensuring cohesive execution and collaboration.
- Assist with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives, including pricing strategies, promotional planning, and other joint projects.
- Engage in a variety of short-term, impactful projects and analyses as business needs arise, offering you the chance to contribute to immediate strategic priorities.
Your profile…
- You have graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, International Business, or similar within a year
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English. Fluency in Finnish and/or Danish is a plus.
- Experience in the FMCG and/or the beauty industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You are a pro-active team player and not afraid to take ownership of your own projects
- You are comfortable with numbers and have a strong business understanding coupled with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are a pro-active team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment

The employment is fixed term for 12 months and is located in our Nordic HQ office in Copenhagen or Finnish office in Helsinki depending on preference.
