Responsibilities:


• Lead the overall strategy of responsible brands/ platforms in relation to GMV, traffic, AOV and conversion in order to deliver the target. 

• Manage all online activations from planning to execution. 

• Work closely with Business Planning and e-Operation teams on the sales forecast in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 

• Responsible for P&L by brand/platform. 

• Work with marketing, performance marketing team and external stakeholders to develop a daily activity and resource plan, such as brand communication, visibility, on-platform traffic, and promotion to ensure the business objectives are met. 

• Lead the performance reviews and analysis on metrics such as weekly/monthly performance. 

• Collaborate with platform on the strategic planning and day-to-day operations.


 Qualification, Knowledge, Experience Required:


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field

• Proven 3-5 years of solid experience in E-Commerce, preferably in a consumer goods industry with an in-depth knowledge of E-Commerce platforms

• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Self-motivated, driven, and resolute individual with a strategic mindset

• Possession of agility, demonstrating the capability to swiftly adapt to dynamic environments and evolving business needs

• Proficiency in steering complex projects from ideation to execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in both English and Thai communication at a business conduct level
