Brand Engagement and A&I Manager Lancome, Luxury Products Division

At L'Oréal Luxe, we represent the pinnacle of beauty, a portfolio of iconic brands that embody excellence and innovation. As a Brand Engagement and A&I Manager you'll be responsible to develop, drive and execute a consumer engagement strategy across A&I, PR and eventing, to cultivate brand reputation, enhance brand image, and drive advocacy.


As a Brand Engagement and A&I Manager you will be responsible to develop, drive and execute a consumer engagement strategy across A&I, PR and eventing, to cultivate brand reputation, enhance brand image, and drive advocacy.

You will be responsible for 2 main areas: 

Engagement

•      Develop, drive and execute a consumer engagement strategy across A&I, PR and eventing, aligned with brand equity and objectives and target audience insights.

•      Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience across various platforms.

•      Build engagement & loyalty across social media platforms & communities

•      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement initiatives across the consumer journey and ensure a cohesive brand experience.

•      Drive Shared Learning sessions for BU team & wider community on key topics e.g. social insights, media trends etc.


Advocacy & Influence 

•     Define and implement a brand-specific A&I strategy that outlines its role within the broader media mix, identifies key influencer personas, and incorporates CMO & CDMO recommendations.

•      Identify, vet, and manage relationships with key influencers and brand advocates, building strong partnerships and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

•      Develop and execute impactful A&I campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive measurable results, including amplification via paid media (branded content).

•      Monitor, analyze, and optimize A&I activation performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and inform future campaigns.

•      Act as the guardian of the brand communication’s consistency & relevancy to leverage brand love.

•      Adapt press releases & key content assets.

•      Oversee end-to-end influencer cooperation, contracts & execution of local shoots.

 

You have… 

•     4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar or associated role; experience in end-to-end influencer campaign management, event production and/or advocacy projects management.

•      Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field will be considered a plus.

•      Solid understanding of the social media landscape & passion for digital, including topics like influencers advocacy, creative content creation and social commerce. 

•      Established press & influencers relationships. Community management, strong ability to cooperate and liaise with advertising & PR agencies, internal & external partners.

•      Creative thinking, attention to detail & ability to act as a project manager for cross-functional teams to deliver a high level of creativity & accuracy.

•      Excellent Communication, cooperation & presentation skills.

•      Excellent command of the Greek & English Language (written & verbal).
