A Day in the Life
As the Brand Advocacy Manager for La Roche Posay, you’ll be at the forefront of driving advocacy strategies across the GCC region. Reporting to the Brand Business Director for La Roche Posay and CeraVe, you’ll collaborate with Digital, Medical, and Marketing teams to amplify the brand’s voice and impact. You’ll also lead the overall advocacy strategy for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB), working closely with Advocacy Managers for CeraVe, Vichy, and SKC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Define the brand’s social media strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Budget Management: Manage the social media and PR brand budget effectively.
- Activations: Plan strong social media and influencer activations to drive online business.
- Content Management: Monitor brand content, manage UGC, and create relevant local content aligned with brand DNA and trends.
- PR Strategy: Define and execute a PR strategy and activation calendar, including strategic PR events to increase brand awareness.
- Influencer Engagement: Manage a consistent list of influencers with the agency, set a strong PR seeding strategy, and identify, manage, and engage influencer communities.
- Community Management: Own tone of voice guidelines and decision workflows with the agency.
- Collaboration: Work with the Digital Expert Community and Director to develop social media expertise and act as the voice of the markets to the zone/DMI on social media and PR topics.
- Trend Monitoring: Follow social media discussions, report on competition, and provide trend alerts.

- Share of engagement, reach, and mentions.
- Influencer performance and loyalty.
- Earned media generation.
- A&I budget management.
- ROI of PR events and communications projects.
Deliverables/Outcomes:
- Communication strategy and action plan.
- Engaging, on-trend, and on-brand content strategies.
- Strong brand awareness among the influencer community.
- Successful brand events and press releases.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Are fluent in English and Arabic.
- Bring 5-10 years of experience, ideally in dermatological beauty or a related field.
- Have a strong understanding of the skin category and GCC markets.
- Excel in advocacy, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
