A Day in the Life
As the Brand Advocacy Manager for Color Wow in Dubai, you will be the architect of our brand's social media presence and community engagement. Reporting to the Brand Business Leader, you will own the relationship with influencers and our e-community, making Color Wow the most talked-about name in haircare across the UAE.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Shape the Strategy: Define and execute a localized social media and advocacy strategy that aligns with global guidelines and resonates with the UAE market.
- Lead Influencer & Community Activation: Identify, build relationships with, and activate a diverse network of influencers and content creators, managing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Create Engaging Campaigns: Develop and manage buzz-worthy social media campaigns and O+O (Online + Offline) advocacy events that capture attention and drive conversation.
- Drive with Data: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize ROI and demonstrate the value of your advocacy programs.
