One of centers set up in Malaysia, we call it BEST in KL (BEST stands for Business Expertise, Services & Technologies), provides financial services to 20+ markets within North Asia & SAPMENA (South Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa).
What will you do
- Ensure local project needs are covered
- Participate to the strategic direction and transformation ambition for the Master Data Management organization.
- Ensure the consistency between the Master Data Management transformation ambition and the projects portfolio (Country / Global)
- Ensure the progress of global project roadmap
- Demand management
- In charge of the Knowledge management across the Master Data Management organization
- Responsible for the training of collaborators
- Ensure the Community management across the Master Data Management organization through a dedicated communication strategy
Project Portfolio Management
- Capture and frame all Project needs from the local entities and define the portfolio management strategy (priorities, resources allocation …)
- Define a Master Data Management Project Portfolio consistent with the transformation ambition and defined in collaboration with Zone Master Data Management Lead, Performance Manager, Community and Knowledge Manager and Managers
- Ensure the coordination and smooth communication with all Master Data Management stakeholders: Group, Zone, Finance, entities’ DOPs, IT, etc
- Work closely with Performance Manager, Community and Knowledge Manager and Managers to identify processes pain points and translate them into quick wins / projects
- Structure the project demand process for all Master Data Management stakeholders
- Ensure adoption of Master Data Management Project Portfolio by teams through an appropriate communication
Project Management
- Define project management framework, reporting and tools: ways of working for project managers, PMO tools, IT team implication, available data when required
- Guarantee global Master Data Management projects’ progress according to the calendar and prioritize / arbitrate when required
Continuous improvement
- Implement standards and data governance processes (clear mandate provided)
- Support DEX Community and Knowledge team to develop training materials
- Support Data management projects
- Contribute to root cause analysis for recurring incidents
- Help to define continuous improvement initiative
- Communicate with the Performance Manager to identify process improvement
Demand Management
- Assess request from country or Global to share with the relevant team
- Communicate on progress and status management
Knowledge management
- Define a framework for Knowledge management across the Master Data Management organization and the local entities.
- Ensure the quality of the Master Data Management knowledge documentation (processes, formalized roles and responsibilities, tools documentation, etc.) by managing searchable knowledge bases and supervising regular documentation update campaigns with BEST Master Data Management teams.
- Responsible for the spreading of Master Data Management knowledge across the organization and ensure the access to the information.
Training management
- In charge of defining a training plan for Master Data Management organization and local stakeholders in collaboration with HR
- Organize and animate the Master Data Management trainings with the intervention of expert speakers when required.
- In charge of the quality and regular update of the training materials
Community management
- Define a communication strategy to create the “Master Data Management Community” spirit.
- Coordinate with to define a communication plan and content.
- Coordinate communications with local entities to understand specific needs to adapt training and communication plan.
Who we are looking for
- At least 8-10 years in experience in project management background with Master Data Management experience
- Familiar with Project Management Activities (planification, project portfolio management, project governance, etc)
- Familiar with new ways of working (Lean Management, Six Sigma, AGILE method) is a plus
- Able to identify & propose new solutions (Problem solving oriented)
