Key job responsibilities

1. Supplier Audit
2. Supplier onsite audit in North Asia and SAPMENA
3. Quality audit report review and validation
4. Risk assessment based on the products and manufacturer types
5. Supplier communication about CAPA
6. Coordination with Sourcing, R&I and corporate teams about the RM supplier reference process to support the business needs
7. Supplier reference process optimization

2. Hair Dye Supplier Development
3. Assist quality manager developing hair dye suppliers in North Asia and SAPMENA Zones (China, India and Japan)
4. Define the roadmap and milestone with RM Sourcing team together regarding supplier improvement and hair dye qualification plan
5. Onsite visit of hair dye suppliers to conduct the risk assessment and define the corrective actions, as well as the process optimization
6. Sharing clearly regulatory and safety requirements with the suppliers
7. Develop the analytical methods with suppliers and quality lab together  

Required qualification (Education, Language, Expertise, Functional Competencies)

• Master-Degree or above in chemistry, material science, chemical engineering or Bio-chemical
• Fluent in Chinese and English. Understanding French is an extra
• 8 years or above Working experience in the chemical, pharma or cosmetic industry, with at least 5 years QA corresponding experience 
• Deep knowledge about ISO9001 and EFfCI is mandatory, ISO 22716 is preferred
• Feasible for travel including international travel and mobility
• Strong personal desire to creation and problem solving to find the technical solution with the suppliers together for continuous quality improvement
• Good networking skill with spirit of cooperation since the position requiring strong interactions with the different stakeholders such as R&D, Analytical Department, RM Sourcing, etc.
• Taking initiative, positive and keep curiosity character
