Job Summary:

The Corporate Affiliates Manager will lead the development and execution of L'Oréal's affiliate strategy, focusing on building and managing relationships with Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) and key influencers in Vietnam. This role requires a deep understanding of the MCN and affiliates landscape and how to leverage these networks to reach L'Oréal's target audience. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliates Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate strategy for all brands of L’Oréal group, aligned with overall business objectives and brand guidelines. This includes defining target audiences, setting KPIs, and outlining the approach for MCN and influencer collaborations.
  • Affiliates Strategy Influencer Identification & Onboarding: Work with MCNs to identify and onboard suitable influencers who align with L'Oréal's brand and target audience on TikTok and Shopee. This includes content creators, live streamers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Platform Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of platform features, algorithms, and best practices for influencer marketing. Stay up-to-date on the latest platform updates and advertising solutions.
  • Content Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate with all 4 divisions to develop engaging and platform-appropriate content strategies that resonates with the target audience. Provide guidance on content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of affiliates and MCN’s in close collaboration with commercial and financials teams.
  • Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor trends within platforms ecosystems, as well as the evolving MCN landscape in Vietnam. Identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • JBP Negotiation & Management: Negotiate contracts with MCNs and individual influencers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate industry, with a specific focus on working with MCNs and managing influencer relationships on platforms like TikTok and Shopee. (At least 1 year in Affiliates Manager position)
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese digital and influencer landscape, particularly the MCN ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with MCNs and influencers.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using platform-specific analytics tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing and influencer marketing trends.
