Main responsibilities
1、Optimize learning & performance Partner with RBM & Store manager to set learning & performance goals & targets Holds self & other accountable to achievement of learning & performance goals & targets Consistently monitor performance data & customer feedback, celebrates successes & proposes solutions to capture opportunity Partner with RBM & Store manager to plan & implement contextualized learning solutions that target performance opportunities Builds high-performance direct report through consistent training, coaching, feedback & performance recovery
2、Drive customer experience excellence Ensure all team members uphold and demonstrate Aesop’s approach to customer experience Consistently prioritize the customer in all business decisions Use customer insights to audit & evaluate end-to-end customer experience across all channels Partner with RBM & Store manager to plan & implement initiatives to capture opportunities to elevate customer performance Drive the launching & embedding of new products & services through continuous presence & active participation
3、Deliver on brand purpose Uphold & demonstrate Aesop brand identity & values Ignite ambition & energy around brand purpose & goals Consistently present in the field to deepen relationships & insights Master understanding of Aesop's positioning, using insight to inform & motivate Synergy business, operations & learning Execute Global plan & consistently calibrates with Global stakeholders Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation & embedding of all retail initiatives & practices (project base)
Technical Requirements (or Certification Requirements) :
Background in facilitation or coaching Specialized knowledge in learning methodologies and adult learning principles
Proven ability to analyze performance and take appropriate responsive actions Ability to problem solve

•Good commercial acumen
•Relish developing technical and interpersonal skills for self and others •Purposefully develop capability to elevate customer experience and drive retail performance
