A Day in the Life

As an Advocacy Apprentice in our L'Oréal Luxe division, you will be at the heart of our brands' social and influence evolution. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the world's #1 beauty company while working towards a formal degree, blending creative relationship management with data-led strategy.

Drive Brand Engagement: You will conceptualise and execute your own influencer activations, from creative ideation to post-campaign analysis, to drive measurable engagement.

Organise Premier Events: You'll assist in planning and executing brand events and high-profile product launches, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

Analyse & Report: Using industry-leading platforms, you will track influencer activity, produce reports on campaign value, and dive deep into data to optimise advocacy strategies.

Gain Market Insights: You will monitor social media, competitor activity, and market trends to identify the "next big thing" and share key insights with internal stakeholders.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a true enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a sharp understanding of the current influencer landscape. You are a great match if you have:

An analytical mind, with the ability to tell a story through data and measure the success of creative ideas.

A talent for project management, capable of organising multiple logistics-heavy projects like events or mailers.

A collaborative spirit, comfortable networking with a range of people from senior management to external creative agencies.

A deep understanding of social media, with a keen eye for visual trends.

The motivation to balance full-time work with the study requirements of a degree programme.
