Do you have the strategic vision to turn influence into impact? From cultivating elite partnerships with top VIP KOLs to pioneering brand-cause programs, we are looking for a visionary to lead our Advocacy & Influence strategy.


In this role, you will : 
  • Lead Strategic VIP Relations: End-to-end management of Top-Tier and VIP KOLs, including ROI-based budgeting and mandatory engagement at key activations.
  • Identify the Future of Advocacy: Scout and vet rising talent with a strategic sense for brand fit.
  • Orchestrate High-Scale Eventing: Lead brand advocacy presence at major events
  • Reinforce Brand Ambassadors: Act as the strategic touchpoint to maximize brand equity.
  • Drive Brand Purpose: Lead brand-cause initiatives and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and NGOs.

You have.. 
  • Strategic Expertise: 5–7 years in a Multi-National Company (Marcomm, PR, or Advocacy).
  • Hybrid Background: Experience in both agency-side (agility) and brand-side (strategy).
  • New Digital Mindset: Deep understanding of social algorithms, social commerce, and data-driven influence.
  • Negotiation Power: High-level gravitas to negotiate complex contracts with top talent.
  • Strategic Sense: Ability to connect advocacy impact directly to brand health.
