A Day in the Life:
As an AVP, Supply Chain Analytics Lead based in Clark, NJ, you report to the VP, Data & Analytics, NA Supply Chain and act as Product Owner for Supply Chain analytics, partnering with the Global Ops and NA NOE Métiers.
- Analytics strategy & roadmapping: define vision, prioritize product roadmap and manage IT product budget.
- Product delivery & agile governance: oversee sprint reviews, vendor partners, and review deliverables.
- Reporting & insight generation: develop BI/SSBI products, drive advanced analytics/ML PoVs to unlock supply chain value.
- Data culture & governance: drive adoption, upskilling and ensure adherence to data access and publication rules.
We Are Looking For:
You are an entrepreneurial analytics leader who combines strategic thinking, strong supply chain understanding and the ability to convert data into operational impact. You will influence senior stakeholders and translate business KPIs into analytics products.
Required skills:

- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics
- 5 years in Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data governance principles
- Ability to manage large teams and complex projects
