Overview:Owns the customer relationship with the category buyer and is responsible for overall customer success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own Walmart’s Hair Category P&L by working with business development and brand teams to set and deliver on sales targets
  • Own relationship with customer and serve as key contact for category buyers
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of customer strategic objectives, priorities, decision-making processes, & KPIs
  • Track ongoing customer performance and proactively manage gaps to forecasts as they arise
  • Lead line reviews during yearly GTM planning cycle

Receives Input From: 

  • Category lead – mediates competing brand priorities within the category
  • Brand activation– ensures brand visions are translated to GTM & activation plans
  • Customer marketing – communicates customer expectations and timelines
  • Sales analytics – share insights from consumer trends, channel performance, etc.

Provides Input to: 

  • Brand activation – Account management shares customer priorities to ensure they are represented across broader CPD conversations
  • Commercial planning – Account management shares latest customer field forecasts to support financial planning and forecasting across the organization
  • Customer marketing – Account management sets activation calendar

  • Salary Range: $144,800.00 - $210,000.00 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
