POSITION TITLE: Assistant Vice President – Global Finance

REPORTS TO: Global Brand President, DMI 

 PRIMARY LOCATION: El Segundo, CA 

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the Financial Control and Financial planning for Professional Makeup at the global level.  Responsible for financial processes, consolidation and reporting for the brand.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Manage and develop budgets and financial forecast for brand’s World Wide and overall DMI Budgets, Trends, and Actuals 
• Play a leadership role to advise and alert Management and Zones on potential risks and opportunities
• Control and plan of fixed costs, ecommerce and Advertising and promotional expenses. 
• Enforce internal control procedures, accounting norms, compliance of purchasing and payables and control of expenses (ensure compliance with Group Norms)
• Analyze WW financial statements for potential risks and opportunities, alert WW Management and advise course of action.
• Lead team to drive efficiencies in DMI FP&A processes and ensure cooperation among brands
• Review Finance Calendar and plan calendars for trends/budgets etc. to ensure all deadlines are met
• PVIS: 
  1. Publish PVIS for new launches to the Zones in a timely manner with each Panier publication 
  2. Calculate the impact of WW launches on the P&L with recommendations to improve

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 + years of experience in Finance required including supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Strong computer skills required and systems knowledge required.
• Must possess strong; analytical and problem solving skills; business acumen; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and analyze business performance and budget for growth
• Ability to be a proactive business partner and make strategic recommendations

Salary: 150k-213k Salary + Bonus
