👀 What does it look like to work as a PMO/IT PM at L’Oréal?
Well, first it depends on your appetence! You could work either on business-oriented project or on more technical subjects and have the possibility to work on significant worldwide transformation.
Let’s highlight the fact that positions at L’Oréal constantly evolve and adapt to our changing environment. But here is a sample of what you can do as a PMO/ IT PM:
- Manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects by making sure everything runs smoothly and is delivered on time while following guidelines instructions
- Be a PMO/IT PM Master by joining a team with up to 200 projects!
- Animate a community of international stakeholders and be the guardian of best practices
- Monitor portfolio with KPI creation via Power BI

❤ PMO/ IT PM is a perfect match for you if you are:
- A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
- Fluent French or English Speaker
- Engineering or Business school or University (nice to have a Master or specialization in Project Management)
- You know what agile methodology looks like
- You are curious, collaborative, and eager to have an impact
- Value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit
- Know these tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint
Impress us by knowing tools related to data visualization such as Power BI, Tableau; and tools related to project management such as JIRA, Klaxoon, Service Now etc. But if not, do not worry and come as you are! You’ll be able to learn.
What does our recruitment process look like ?
1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the application - And If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. The recruiter you meet with will be getting to know you better so they can capture the métier, division, brand and finally the mission in which you will be able to better express your potential.
2°/ Finally, you will get a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!
