About the Role 

Youth To The People is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Influencer + PR to lead the strategic development and execution of impactful influencer and PR campaigns. This role will be instrumental in amplifying brand awareness, driving consumer engagement, and building a strong brand reputation within the beauty and lifestyle space. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer and PR strategy aligned with overall brand objectives, marketing calendar, and key product launches.
  • Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external PR and influencer agencies, providing clear direction, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with a diverse range of influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who embody the Youth To The People brand ethos and resonate with target audiences.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the development and execution of creative and engaging influencer campaigns for key launches and evergreen core support. 
  • Community Management: oversee + guide strategic management of YTTP’s online community. Owned, earned, and paid. 
  • PR & Media Relations: Manage all aspects of PR, including developing press materials, securing impactful placements, and cultivating strong relationships with key editors, writers, and publications.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all influencer and PR activities, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, media impact, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Budget Management: Manage the influencer and PR budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaign execution and optimal resource allocation.
  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends in the beauty, wellness, and influencer marketing landscape, constantly innovating and adapting strategies for maximum impact.
  • Team Management: oversee and guide the development of 1-2 direct reports.

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or a related field, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer and PR campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness space, with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape and current social media trends.
  • Alignment with Youth To The People's brand values of inclusivity, sustainability, and community.

 

Salary Range: $110k-$140k base + bonus
