A Day in the Life
This is an exciting opportunity to join our global e-commerce team at the corporate level. You will be at the heart of our digital strategy, supporting key projects and working with e-commerce experts from all over the world.
- Performance Tracking & Insights: You will track e-commerce KPI and performance data, collecting insights to build monthly reports for top management.
- Dashboard & Strategy Enhancement: You will play a key role in enriching the Global Direct e-commerce business dashboard. By integrating new data points and KPIs, you will empower our e-commerce community with actionable insights and provide leadership with consolidated data for strategic planning.
- Content & Community Engagement: You will develop engaging content for e-commerce newsletters and global live business sessions to animate our worldwide e-commerce community.
- Transversal Collaboration: You will collaborate with a transversal team (Media, CRM, Finance, IT, Supply Chain) to enrich e-learning modules and will work with a variety of tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to drive our e-commerce success.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail to join our team for a 12-month apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree.
- You have a keen aesthetic sensibility and enjoy crafting visually compelling content.
- You are proactive, well-organized, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- A basic understanding of e-commerce principles and KPIs is preferred.
- You are fluent in both oral and written English.
