A Day in the Life
The SAPMENA Transformation team is a dynamic group driving business growth through strategic, zone-wide initiatives. These programs span new ways of working and evolving operating models, all aimed at delivering measurable business outcomes.
As part of this team, you will play a key role in architecting and accelerating transformation initiatives that create long-term value. You will help build the transformation foundation (prioritization and governance) while driving execution across the Zone.
You will work closely with regional and market teams to deliver impact—improving revenue, simplifying complex processes, and supporting transitions to new operating models.
Given the complex and competitive space our business divisions work within, our preferred candidate should have prior consulting experience along with exposure to the retail or FMCG industry.
In This Role, You Will Be
> Transformation & Value Realization
- Drive portfolio prioritization by supporting leadership in program selection and sequencing
- Ensure each initiative is backed by a clear business case aligned to Zone strategy
- Track value realization, ensuring programs deliver tangible P&L impact
- Lead 2–3 high-impact transformation initiatives annually as project owner
- Act as the transformation lead for selected markets, accelerating adoption and performance
> Operating Model & Digital Acceleration
- Support execution of organizational shifts and new operating models (e.g., GBS)
- Embed change management, project excellence, and lean practices across initiatives
- Enable a strong transformation culture through communications, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
We Are Looking for
- 6–8 years of experience in consulting or strategic operations
- Proven ability to manage complex workstreams while supporting senior stakeholders
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact (growth, efficiency, cost savings)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Excellent stakeholder management in matrixed environments
