Role Summary: As a Kiehl's Skin Pro, you are the heart and soul of the Kiehl's customer experience. You embody our brand's spirit by providing expert, personalized skincare consultations and recommendations, fostering authentic relationships, and sharing the rich heritage and unique stories behind our products. Key Responsibilities
- Expert Skincare Consultations: Provide personalized skin analyses, recommend tailored routines, and demonstrate product application techniques.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales by effectively using Kiehl's selling methods and product knowledge.
- Build Customer Loyalty: Create lasting relationships with customers and manage client profiles for repeat business.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Kiehl's with passion, maintain store presentation, and participate in events.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of all Kiehl's products, ingredients, and industry trends through continuous learning.
- Operational Support: Handle POS transactions, manage inventory, and maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- O-Level, SPM or equivalent; Cosmetology related certification preferred
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of skincare and makeup application techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
