WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Establish and manage long-term, strategic relationships with key customers in the discounter channel
· Work closely and collaboratively with Shopper Marketing, Category Development, Marketing, Finance, Supply & Customer Service Teams.
· Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
· Manage accounts’ sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives
· Create and implement an annual joint business plan considering all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms and full P&L responsibility
· Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies continuously
· Analyze the commercial performance of the channel, closely monitor market trends and competitor activities.
· Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action
· Develop and manage the team, ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organizational changes
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
· 4 years’ university degree
· Min. 7 years of commercial management experience especially with national key accounts
· 360°Account Management, team management and P&L experience
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation & persuasion skills
· Good communication and presentation ability
· Growth mindset and results driven
· Strong understanding of discounter channel dynamics and a robust network of relationships within this channel.
· Innovative, ambitious, confident, and able to take initiative
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
· Team player with leadership mindset
