As a Corporate Affairs & Engagement Graduate Trainee, you will: 

  • Internal Communications Content Creation
  • Intranet Animation & Digital Engagement
  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Creativity & Innovation
  • Employer Branding & Advocate Programs
  • Project Management:


You will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a similar role focusing on employee engagement, internal communications, or project management within a dynamic corporate environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging narratives.

  • Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, with a portfolio or examples of innovative communication campaigns or events.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate multiple initiatives concurrently.

  • Proficiency in managing and animating digital platforms, particularly corporate intranets or internal social media tools.

  • Experience in event planning and execution for various audience sizes and types.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • A passion for fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
