JOB PURPOSE

Develop and grow the hospital & clinic channels for L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty brands, La Roche-Posay, Cerave and Dercos by building strong relationships with dermatologists, driving product recommendation and sales through detailing, customer engagement and territory management across hospitals and clinics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Medical Detailing & HCP Engagement

  • Promote products to dermatologists through product detailing.
  • Communicate product benefits, scientific evidence and product differentiation accordance with approved medical communication materials.
  • Build strong relationships with dermatologists to drive product recommendation and sales.
  • Plan and execute dermatologist visits and engagement activities based on customer potential and business priorities.

Territory & Business Development

  • Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve assigned sales and business objectives.
  • Map and segment hospitals, clinics and dermatologists according to business potential, customer profile and strategic importance.
  • Monitor competitor activities, territory performance and market dynamics to maximize business potential.

KOL & Medical Activities

  • Support medical education activities, congresses, workshops, seminars and other engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Medical teams to execute product communication, launches and customer engagement activities.
  • Collect HCP feedback and insights to support brand development and customer strategies.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, visit records and activity reports in the CRM system.
  • Ensuring all promotional activities and sample distributions comply with legal and ethical standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • One year of experience working for medical company or related business. 
  • Experience and knowledge in skin care & aesthetics will be an advantage
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • High sense of responsibility, honesty.
