Reporting into the Communications & Engagement leader of an international entity, you will head Employee Engagement for the entity, from strategy design to worldwide activation

Your mission will be to engage and empower employees through consistent and impactful communication, to build trust. In so doing, you will embrace the L’Oréal Group purpose of "Creating the beauty that moves the world".

 

You will… 

 

  • Design the Employee Engagement strategic frame and communications plan of your entity;

 

  • Craft and deploy online and offline outstanding people experience;

 

  • Develop managerial communications for specific audiences within your entity;

 

  • Frame community animation for your entity, in close cooperation with HR, and design relevant meetings, rituals & channels per audience;

 

  • Build internal communications assets and toolkits on strategic topics, with a specific cascading plan;

 

  • Manage all internal communications channels (intranet, newsletters, townhalls,…) of your entity, including worldwide events, in cooperation with the group CA&E network;

 

  • Coordinate and measure the roll-out of the communications plan to specific audiences;

 

  • Collaborate with HR on the roll-out of Group programs.

 



You have :

At least 10 to 12 years’ experience as an internal /change management communications manager/director

 

  • Ability to balance strategy and operations continuously.
  • Robust expertise and 360 event management/agency.
  • Strong record in inspiring and growing teams.
  • Ability to deliver results in a matrix environment.
  • Operational abilities and project management skills (event, digital, editorial)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and French (fluent in both languages)
  • Capacity to synthesize information
  • Keen interest in Beauty, Science, Tech, Sustainability
