ROLE

In charge the omnichannel MM education strategy including loyalty program, measuring efficiency and educational excellence.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Setting up and coordinating the annual omnichannel MM education plan with the brands:

• Deploy O+O new education model based on clients segmentation (online, offline).
• Analyzes the quanti & quali results of MM highlights and re-adapts the education strategy.
• Builds an annual MM and omnichannel education plan in coordination with the various actors (Brands, Key Accounts Education, Regional Education Managers)
• Organizes and orchestrates alignment meetings between MM teams, brands and trade teams.
• Propose, pilot and analyze relevant education indicators.
• Analyzes and makes recommendations from headquarters.
• Proposes, management and analysis of KPIs for bonuses related to the activity.
• Reports education analyzes to inter teams.

• Setting up and coordinating the education driven loyalty program;
• Access / CRM for Education;
• Manages Excellence of Education;
• In charge of Education P&L shift;
• Works with BI Team to allocate BI time for Education KPIs tracking;
• Works with Controlling Team to allocate controlling time for education financial tracking.

Our requirements:  

• Around 5-7 years’ work experience on position related to business education, preferably in beauty industry.
• Preferred solid knowledge of professional channel / hairdressing business or experience in Learning for Development in beauty industry;
• Strong Performance and KPI Management.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; 
• Strong communication and organizational skills; 
• Strong engagement & full commitment; strong  networking skills;
• Ability to work in very dynamic environment & excellence in multitasking; 
• MS Office proficiency; 
• English proficiency is a must. 
• Fluency in Polish is a must.
