A Day in the Life
As a Customer Care Coordinator based in Melbourne (Corporate division), you’ll report into the Consumer Care Manager and work across multiple brands and corporate touchpoints to deliver best‑in‑class consumer experiences.
- Professionally investigate and resolve customer enquiries received via phone, email and salesforce in a timely manner.
- Process claims and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams within the business to ensure smooth order fulfillment and claims resolution.
- Manage customer accounts by updating customer information record and substitutions.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Customer Care Supervisor
We Are Looking For
Your customer‑centric and reliable, able to manage a high volume of interactions while keeping quality high. Key skills:
- Experience in Customer service roles with experience in inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
- Proactive with a professional customer first mindset, Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using MS Excel is essential; Salesforce and SAP experience is desirable.
