As the Channel Manager Mass, you will serve as a strategic commercial leader at L’Oréal. You are responsible for steering large-scale distribution channels, specifically focusing on discounters and supermarkets. Your mission is to drive sustainable, profitable growth by building high-level retail partnerships and leading a high-performing commercial team. You will act as the visionary architect of your channel, balancing short-term commercial wins with long-term brand equity.

Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all commercial agreements strictly follow L’Oréal’s internal legal and ethical guidelines (The "Way We Sell").

Strategy Meets Execution


Forecasting Accuracy: Provide high-precision data to the Supply Chain team to eliminate stock-outs and minimize overstock risks, optimizing the entire value chain.

POS Field Execution: Ensure the "Point of Sale" (shelving, signage, and displays) perfectly reflects brand standards and campaign goals.

Continuous Control: Implement rigorous follow-ups on performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to enable real-time tactical pivots based on actual sell-out data.

👥 Pillar 5: Team Management & People Development

Leading the Next Generation of Commercial Talent


Mentorship & Coaching: Guide and develop a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), enhancing their negotiation skills and strategic account management expertise.

Performance Steering: Set clear individual and collective objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a high-performance commercial culture.

Talent Pipeline: Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and the professional growth of team members to build a strong talent pool for the division.

Professional Requirements & Competencies

Experience: Proven track record in Senior Key Account Management or Channel Management within the FMCG sector.

Negotiation Skills: Master negotiator capable of leading multi-million Euro agreements.

Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret data, manage complex P&Ls, and forecast with high accuracy.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and developing people; a "leader-teacher" mindset.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and an "always-on" curiosity about the retail landscape.

Language: Fluency in English and Polish is required.
