Brand Business Lead for Kérastase
About the Role: As the Brand Business Lead for Kérastase, you will lead the most iconic luxury professional brand in the L'Oréal portfolio. You are the "Business Owner" of the brand, responsible for driving sustainable growth through a sophisticated omnichannel strategy (B2B and B2C). Your mission is to blend business rigor with luxury brand equity, steering the P&L while inspiring a high-performing team to elevate the Kérastase experience across all touchpoints.
Your Strategic Mission:
- Strategic Vision & P&L Ownership: Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan. You will have full accountability for the brand’s budget, sales forecasts, global price policy implementation, and overall profitability (P&L management).
- Local Strategic Positioning: Take full ownership of international launches and craft the right tailored go-to-market strategy to build integrated, engaging, and premium consumer brand experiences locally.
- Omnichannel Execution (B2B2C): Lead the omnichannel brand strategy and 360° marketing mix (IMC/Digital/Retail). You will bridge the gap between our partner salons (B2B) and luxury retail/e-commerce (B2C), ensuring consistency in imagery and premium communication.
- Stakeholder & Agency Mobilization: Act as a central business partner, mobilizing Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Education, Business Intelligence teams. You will partner with agencies to develop broader business strategies and high-impact Media & Advocacy plans.
- People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop the brand team. You will be responsible for spotting high-potential talent and fostering a culture of empowerment, cooperation, and professional excellence.
- Executive Communication: Define and present clear strategic messages to top management, accompanying the teams in the preparation of high-level meetings and business reviews.
- Pioneering Beauty Tech (K-Scan): Lead the digital transformation of the professional experience by scaling K-Scan, our AI-powered diagnostic tool.
- Industry-Defying Projects (Head Spa): Drive innovative initiatives like the Head Spa Project, redefining the professional salon ritual and transforming it into a holistic, luxury wellness experience that sets new industry standards.
- Purpose-Led Growth (Power Talks): Take ownership of the brand’s social mission through Power Talks. You will champion our mentorship and empowerment initiatives for women.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 8–10+ years of proven experience in Marketing or Brand Management, ideally within the luxury, prestige beauty, or premium FMCG sectors.
- Leadership: At least 3+ years of experience as a people manager, with a track record of developing high-potential talent.
- Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills and experience managing a full P&L; you have a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Innovation Appetite: A genuine passion for Beauty Tech and the ability to manage projects that combine physical services with digital technology.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Polish and English (written and verbal).
