THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU


DIVISION:

  • FRAMING
    • Define & implement the Social, Advocacy and Influencer Division Frame and KPIs ambitions.
    • Ensure Division’s frame is appropriately implemented to Brand Level with its subsequent KPI setting
    • Work closely with advocacy teams in building,supervising the influencers framing ( dedicated pyramids per brand and axe; inclusion of micro and nano influencer activations; VIP management, dedicated per axe squads, etc)
  • Supervise & influence cost negotiations for division with key influencer agencies 
  • Ownership of advocacy brand causes for the whole division
  • Key driver of successful collaborations with our identified agency of record
  • Streamline Division’s digital engagement reporting and help brands assess the real business impact and ROI of influencer and other advocacy campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Collaborate closely with senior brand managers and digital team stakeholders  at local and zone levels to generate internal buy-in and engagement
  • Drive innovation, and provide digital advocacy thought leadership and animate and inspire the internal community of advocacy & influencer managers in the division
  • Facilitate the creation and sharing of best practices (from social media and influencer marketing to ratings and reviews generation, social listening, customer service/insights and user generated content) to drive innovative consumer engagement ideas that can scale across the Division and the Group;
  • Cascading towards advocacy population, CC to brand managers the outcomes delivered via Consumer Market Intelligence team or external partners ( info related to audience and consumer insights- identifying division’s opportunities and creating a link from audience point of view between consumer studies and advocacy strategy)
  • Upskill, guide and transmit knowledge on the topic in the division via implementing the learning agenda for the wider advocacy and influence, communications, sales, digital, marketing and business partner teams
  • Drive development and implementation of tools that enable conversational communications with influencers and consumer advocates and receiving feedback that will translate into brand’s action plans
  • Own the relationship with key agencies, monitoring tools and platforms providers to ensure Divisions’ brands are always on the forefront of consumer engagement and advocacy in the beauty industry and achieving the best return on investment in content and influencers partnerships

 

 

CORPORATE:

  • Strong collaboration with Multidivisional teams on goals, compliance, frame and reporting procedures
  • Collaborate closely with multidivisional corporate digital team stakeholders  at local and zone levels to generate internal buy-in and engagement
  • Managing the generation of audience and consumer insights via collaborations with the Consumer Market Intelligence team or external partners- 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Someone who has a clear understanding and a proven record of 360 digital communications strategy – from influencer marketing to consumer engagement in an omnichannel context (Media, CRM, SEO..etc)
  • Fluent in content marketing and social media success strategies.
  • Experienced in harnessing behavioral data and consumer insights and translating into brand’s engagement activations across multiple channels.
  • A strong communicator with an ability to present ideas and strategy in visually impactful way.
  • Comfortable working in a complex matrix environment and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Leads towards a data-driven organization and strategizes digital transformation. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital branding, defining and executing digital communications strategies.
  • A drive to develop our Social, Advocacy & Influencer strategy – leveraging new tools and technology to develop and evolve our consumer engagement strategies via social channels, platforms and communities – from beauty advisors to brand superfans
  • Proficiency in social listening, a strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends, and a strong passion for digital communities and online subcultures
  • a proven track record within influencer marketing - identifying the right partnerships, audiences and platforms that fit the brand values and objectives.
  • Demonstrated strong experience in digital marketing, and bringing efficiency in marketing operations.
  • Familiar with agile project management methodologies
