Trade Marketing Manager CZ/SK NYX PMU
L’Oréal and its consumer product division is currently looking for a new team member to take over responsibility for trade marketing activities for our product portfolio within our region Czech and Slovak Republic and Hungary. As a Trade Marketing Manager CZ/SK NYX PMU you will:
- develop and implement trade marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
- lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
- contribute with field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments - mainly cooperation with Key Account Managers – preparation of trade marketing activities for channels, trade presentations
- lead the creation of POS material and also plan, develop, produce and execute POS materials answering the marketing plan needs
- Develop online trade marketing materials (banners, newsletter etc.)
- implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team- main focus on in-store execution, its timing and planogram assortment, promotion recommendation
- Analyze market data and prepare reports
You are our new Trade Marketing Manager CZ/SK, if you have:
- University degree
- min. two years of professional experience in trade marketing, sales, or marketing
- native-level knowledge of Czech or Slovak language
- communicative knowledge of the English language
- responsible, punctual, and organized approach
- open-minded and flexible personality
- Driving license B category
