What you’ll do: 

  • To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration
  • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
  • Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
  • Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
  • Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
  • Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget
  • Stay up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors in order to propose relevant and innovative solutions
  • Lead BTL plan development and manage promotional calendar including follow up, logistics and execution support

Who we are looking for:  

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in trade marketing; beauty and consumer industries preferred
  • Strong sense on retail dynamics
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers; good knowledge of excel
  • Excellent coordination and collaborative skills to work with different functional teams
  • Motivated and self-driven
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Less experienced candidates can be considered as Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
