To drive the development of Talents. To set the strategy to attract, develop and engage talent for the country / division / entity. To ensure a close follow-up of team leaders and line managers. To pioneer the focused development initiatives with the HR Director.
- Lead Talent Management initiatives to attract, develop and engage talents:
- Continuously develop ‘self-driven’ career culture and L’Oréal career ecosystem, through sharping and fully implementing key drivers under its frame
- Promote the SH x Buycoor exchange roadmap, covering both individual & bootcamp, synergize all the efforts to roll it out in high-quality by Divisions
- Provide support and close follow-up of key players’ rotation plan under NA 50 frame, in line with succession planning objectives
- Drive broad perspectives when creating the succession plans:
- Lead Success Profile project to develop broad perspectives, through closely working with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Diagnoses the needs of organization and be able to to turn the pain points into collective talent development test and learn
