- Job description:
In charge of top four masstige mall expansion, including mall selection, location and trading term negotiation with customer (like Wanda/Longfor/SCPG/Wuyue);
As project leader of penetration project of Guangdong/Fujian;
Responsible for Store P&L, including PL calculation;
Assess and identify growth opportunities by using fact-based analysis, market trends and etc., design and conduct necessary market research and analytical work.
- Requirements:
Have strong mall opening experience;
Have network or deep understanding of top 4 retailers is preference;
Have P&L mindset;
Excellence negotiation skills with retailer and teamwork spirit with field team.
