WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create best selling stories with good works done in the field
- Carry out specific shopper Marketing programmes for the responsible categories, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity
- Report sales needs and field intelligence to business development, commercial and marketing teams
- Improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities
- Implementation in POS on time and with better quality
- Create/ Localize Shopper Centric Multi category, Multi brand campaigns
- Maintain Calendar of Trade Key campaigns
- Analyze market and competitor promo info
- Prepare and implement Promo campaign materials (displays, load ups, visuals)
- Collect POSM needs from field and ensure fully implementation
- Follow all POSMs in field and provide their spreading correctly
- Define Channel & Customer base POSM guide
- Produce & Distribute POSM materials manage logistic process and logistic business partners
- Follow POSM budget lines and support Shopper Marketing Manager
- ROI analysis of the all activitations (incl. Campaings, posm materials, events, displays etc) with RGM
- Develop all e-commerce contents (Hero Pictures, Key visuals, Banners etc)
- Prepare e-commerce playbook and improve partnership with e-commerce business partners
- Carry out Shopper Digitalization programs for all brands to increase shopper engagement & ease shopper path to purchase.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years’ university degree
- Min. 1 years of experience for specialist, min. 3 years’ experience for executive in Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing experience in FMCG
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Growth mindset and results driven
- Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative
