KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Retail & Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for training seminars, organizing educational events, and working with external organizations.  

  • Developing and preparing materials for training sessions 
  • Managing the training calendar 
  • Administration of events, ordering testers and equipment  
  • Organising business trips for the team 
  • Work and coordination with external agencies for translation of training materials 
  • Uploading and posting content (Instagram, internal platform) 
  • Administration and tracking of various contests and quizzes on the platform 
  • Administration and control of expenses (procedures, planning, budget, issuing POs, closing requisitions and invoices for payment).  
  • Document management, placing purchase orders.  
  • Work on internal platforms (Concur, SAP, E-docs).  
  • Work with the document flow of the key account management team and complaints (invoices, acts, contracts, specifications, promotional applications, etc.), control and coordination of the stages of signing and distribution of documents  


YOUR FUTURE TEAM 

You will be part of the retail team, working with our brand trainers and consultants on a daily basis. We are inspired by our achievements and proud to work together to give our customers the best possible experience at the point of sale. 


YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Experience in administrative positions from 1 year 
  • Understanding of the process of cooperation with suppliers and principles of document flow 
  • Have implemented events or social projects in your portfolio  
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.), working with SAP will be an advantage  
  • Ability to work in a multitasking mode 
  • Easy to establish relationships in a team, able to argue and present your ideas 
  • English Upper Intermediate
