Regional Sales Manager – Vancouver, BC

We are seeking an individual with high-level experience in medical aesthetics and management, with an affinity for leading a high performing sales team, a creative business growth driver and holds a proven track record in sales achievement to manage the complexity and needs of their team and their clients.

With a split of responsibility between coaching their team and serving as a lead in communications with key clients, the importance of sales leadership experience combined with scientific expertise, professionalism, and the ability to facilitate a high level of communication is a must.  An existing network within the medical aesthetics community is required.

Our Regional Sales Managers are responsible for the sales targets of their teams and their individual performance, as well as contributing to the brand’s growth.  The position is based in Western Canada and requires travel.

The successful candidate possess: 
  • Bachelor degree in a business related fiels
  • Min of 5 years of experience in sales, business development & strategy
  • Min of 3 years of management  and team leadership experience 
  • Knowledge of top sales skills
  • Knowledge of the skincare products, market and landscape is a bug asset
  • You possess excellente communications skills
  • You are exceptional at leading projects from a to z and enjoys collaborating in teams
