As the Regional Sales Manager, you are under direction of the Commercial Director to implement the Division's sales & distribution strategy in sales outlets:
- Apply & lead the commercial business strategy at the regional level to achieve sell-in & sell-out sales target by focusing on the development and coaching of the team & fostering cooperation between Business Partners, Salon Partners & Education Experts.
- Achieve the sales department's quantitative & qualitative goals for Singapore
- Motivate, coaches & develop sales teams in the region: by maintaining a culture of excellence up to the point of sales (sets target, track KPIs and set routing & activity frame)
- Develop a strong regional network, trusting relationship & capacity of influence among key customers.
- Manage and arbitrate regional budgets, as well as motivational resources and return on investment
- Inform management about significant initiatives in the fields.
- Support the modernization of point of sales through the deployment of services (business and retail training programs)
- Leads and facilities participative team meetings/monthly sales meetings
Job requirements:
- 6 - 8 years of working experience, at least 5 years of people management experience
- To be very data driven, high analytical skills
- Have the beauty business acumen and understanding the nature of business
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Stays up to date with the market, consumers & competitors
- Good people management skills
- High entrepreneurship spirit!
