A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and completion of projects within the Operations area of L'Oréal Chile, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and with the required quality standards. You will work closely with different teams within the organization to coordinate resources and ensure project success.

• Project Execution: Supervise the daily execution of project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Coordinate the activities of the different teams involved in the project.
• Monitoring and Control: Track project progress and communicate project status to interested parties. Identify and resolve any deviations from the plan.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including regular updates on project progress, status reports and meetings.
• Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including plans, reports and other relevant documents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Continuous Improvement: Look for opportunities to improve project management processes and practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the Operations area.
• Bachelor degree in business administration. 
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Be curious and task oriented.
