New Luxury Couture Brand - Business Manager Manchester Flagship (37.5 hours/ 5 days per week)

This year we will be launching a Couture Fashion brands first makeup collection, to sit alongside the already established fragrance lines. The collection will combine the foundations of a luxurious and iconic brand built on superior product quality and customer experience, with the colourful & cool sense of creativity, individuality and freedom to explore and express oneself that the brand embodies.

As a Business Manager you’re passionate about our luxury products, creative in your techniques applying them and love continuing this brand journey online with your beautiful digital content, driving awareness and engagement in and out of store,

While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, someone who is truly excited to be introducing customers, clients and VIP’s to our brands Beauty range.

You’re passionate about exceptional service and luxury beauty which you use to inspire and educate our clients daily on counter. Being a true brand ambassador, you’re confident in presenting and sharing your make-up and product knowledge with customers, creating their desired looks. You’re approachable, friendly and thrive working in a team to create a positive working environment with your colleagues and for your clients on counter.

Mission: To lead and drive the Store Beauty Team to showcase the brand and achieve flagship/store business objectives.

 To be successful you have…

  •  Excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management and business operations
  • Sales and KPI’s driven with proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and taking accountability of store/counter goals while inspiring your team to achieve and exceed
  • Ability to identify business strengths at store level and use initiative to coordinate with retail and training team for actions to maximize selling opportunities
  • Experience in managing, coaching, developing, and leading a team.
  • Be confident in offering regular and immediate performance-based feedback to the team as well as carrying out annual appraisals, probation reviews and developing your team to achieve their optimum
  • Attend education training and then coach your team in the relevant subjects
  • Devise retention strategies for the individuals on counter
  • Customer service focused – shop floor driven to ensure the Best experience is always given
  • Experience in clientelling and on counter events planning as the initiative to drive your business in the community and store
  • Convey the brands unique passion for fashion and beauty to our clients
  • Passionate about operations, have a natural flair for setting up process and procedures to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Embrace digital business tools and be an ambassador for these within your team
  • Develop positive relationships with store/department managers and head office
  • Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, knowledge, and on-brand grooming
  • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of running a make up driven flagship account
