Your mission…
As the Nordic Marketing Graduate for Garnier, you are going to largely contribute to the development of the brand and play a strong role within the team. Indeed, you are going to take the responsibility of brand projects and lead your own projects at a Nordic level, and to work closely with the Product Manager, mainly supporting on product launches, in-store and digital campaigns. In this way, you will be part of the adaptation and implementation of 360º strategies in the Nordic countries, by aligning with the local commercial and marketing teams, as well as logistics, finance. It’s a role where you have the opportunity to quickly learn, develop and take ownership of interesting projects. You will report to the Senior Product Brand Manager & Skin Lead.
You will...
- Be responsible for monthly reporting for all skin categories
- Lead media analyses, incl. Both internal media campaigns & external media campaigns as part of competition deep dives
- Drive effective leading and execution of brand and digital projects in collaboration with the Product Manager
- Help and support the Product Manager in activations and product launches defined in the annual marketing plan (develop POS materials, follow the whole product launch process from the concept to the physical launch in pharmacies and e-retail/e-commerce)
- Support on ad-hoc projects incl. artwork creation
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and local teams.
- Support the brands’ online presence with campaign content and media linking for e-com clients to ensure seamless 360 activations in close collaboration with the Online Brand Manager.
You are...
- You have graduated no longer than a year ago with your Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
- You are a marketing profile with strong analytical skills
- You have excellent communication skills in English
- You have previous Marketing experience, preferably from FMCG industry
- You have very strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority, and good time management.
- You are motivated by challenges and have a proactive and open-minded approach to both people and projects.
- You have the strong ability to analyze and draw conclusions and recommendations
- Having a strong business understanding coupled with creativity and an eye for detail
- A skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
