A Day in the Life

As a Market Insight & Business Intelligence Project Manager, you will report directly to CMI leadership and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Your work will involve leading strategic projects that will drive L'Oréal's growth in the Spanish market. You will use your analytical skills to understand consumers and the competition, and translate those insights into effective marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams from different divisions within CDMO Corporate, allowing you to expand your network and develop your leadership skills. This role offers significant growth opportunities within L'Oréal.


  • Strategy and Planning: You will define and manage the project plan, setting milestones, deadlines, and budgets. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Market Analysis: You will conduct thorough market analyses, including competitive analysis and consumer research, to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Data Analysis: You will analyze market and consumer data to gain valuable insights that will inform marketing strategies. You will utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns.
  • Reporting: You will prepare clear and concise reports on project results, effectively communicating your findings to stakeholders.


We Are Looking For

You are a great fit for this role if you possess:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing Analytics or Business Analytics is preferred. Relevant coursework in market research, consumer behavior, statistical analysis, data visualization, and project management is highly desirable.
  • Project Management Experience: 2-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering CMI projects on time and within budget.
  • Market and Consumer Analysis: Exceptional skills in market and consumer analysis, with the ability to extract valuable insights from data.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Experience using data analysis tools to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
