THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU

  • Collaborates with departments within Operations, Warehouse and Transportation carriers to ensure efficient on-time orders preparation, shipments and deliveries.
  • Internal collaboration with Customer Care, Credit, Sales Departments to ensure a good communication with the warehouse. 
  • Daily follow up of the warehouse activities, on- time orders preparation, prioritizing in case of high volumes.   
  • Monthly follow up of the warehouse KPI’s and builds action plan for improvement, 
  • Focus on quality –ensures that all key findings from the quality audit are implemented. 
  • Focus on EHS – ensures that all key findings from the EHS audit are implemented. 
  • Weekly visit to the warehouse with a defined checklist to ensure that the activities are fulfilled in line with the L’Oreal quality and EHS norms. 
  • Deep understanding of all key principles of WMS functionalities in FCs and coordination of system flows
  • Regular FC audits and reporting
  • BCP and tests follow up  
  • Destruction organization support and follow up/ reporting.
  • Organization of inventory
  • Point of contact for FC's
  • Look for new opportunities to optimize the processes within the warehouse with a continuous improvement mindset. 
  •  Monthly reporting of warehousing KPIs.
  • Monthly Cost-to-Serve analyses to improve the orders profile and the Physical Distribution costs. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good analytical skills 
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service departments
  • Very good communication skills 
  • English knowledge.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills. 
  • Driver’s license B (minimum 2 years)
