Responsibilities:
As Mass Trade Analyst & Support you will be part of the BI & Sales Support team and responsible for many different processes to support the Key-Account Managers (KAMs) within the Mass Trade Team. Mass Trade includes both e-commerce and drug/parapharmacy customers, representing more than 50% of total LDB yearly turnover. It is a fast-paced and dynamic business in which you will play a crucial role as the link between the KAMs and several other departments such as marketing, controlling and supply chain.
Your main tasks include:
Support:
- Follow-up on promo invoices & credit note creation in cooperation with our CSO (Customer Service Operations Team), calculations based on retailer data.
- Creation of Purchase Orders linked to retailer investments.
- Providing the necessary support during the onboarding of new customers.
Analyst:
- Integration of data in our local PowerBI dashboards that are used to track performance such as the Retailer dashboard & Bol.com cockpit.
- Creating regular reports on sales performance highlighting the key metrics.
- Monthly sell-out analysis and ad hoc analyses based on business needs.
- Assist team to turn data into insights and action plans.
Your profile:
We are looking for an organized, structured person, who knows how to multi-task in a complex environment.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Obtained a bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills: Able to gather, interpret, and analyze data from various sources, identify trends, and draw insightful conclusions. This includes proficiency in excel and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills: Capable of clearly and effectively communicating complex information and collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving abilities: Proficient in identifying and defining problems, developing creative solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Fluent in English and native in either French or Dutch.
