[Job Summary]
- Overall P&L controlling for cosmetic brands
- Monthly closing and variance analysis (versus trend/budget/previous year)
- Budget and trend preparation
- Internal control compliance
[Core Work Activities]
1. Month-end closing
- Manage accurate month-end closing and financial reporting
- Provide variance analysis for actual vs budget/trend on a monthly basis
- Provide accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly reviews and ad-hoc analysis
2. Budget/Trend construction
- Prepare budget/trend P&L construction, communicating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. commercial, marketing, supply chain, etc)
3. Ad-hoc analysis
- Monitor sales and costs from financial perspective to achieve target; and to identify risks in advance
- Propose the right direction of Commercial cost and Advertising & Promotion spending with ROI analysis
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis required to identify risks & opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.
4. Internal control
- Respect the internal control compliance and improve the relevant process
[Qualification & Preferred]
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years
- Must: working experience in Finance controlling or FP&A
- Preferred: experience in multinational FMCG and/or cosmetic company
- Preferred: Practical SAP experience
- Business proficiency in English
- Proficient with MS office
