Job Title: Media Manager, CORP - CDMO
WHO WE ARE:
CDMO (Corporate Digital & Marketing office) at L'Oréal plays a critical role in driving the company’s overall digital strategy and marketing efforts. Our key responsibilities are 1> Defining the Digital Strategy for Korea market 2> Leading Digital Transformation 3> Overseeing e-commerce strategy 4> Develop media strategies & governance across the company. You will grow your digital career with talented team members at Korea CDMO team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
CDMO - Media manager is responsible for leading the media strategies & operation excellency with Media Director at CDMO team. He or she needs to understand the fast-changing media environment, have the strong experiences on the media strategies development across its diverse portfolio of brands with a clear media governance management skill.
The job also requires having the strong communication skills with brands & zone, and leadership to manage the media agencies, media platforms and retailers.
- Cross brands & division communication on media strategies, planning & reporting & analysis.
- Media governance management (Media audit & Process management of media purchasing)
- E-com media performance driving & management
- Performance analytics knowledge with a deep insight on e-commerce business
- Media data management using global media tools & analytic tools
- Media Upskilling for brand teams
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of experience : 10~12 yrs experiences
- Specific Career Experience:
-At least 5 yrs experience in the media team of brand, media related companies such as media platforms and media agency
(Global media agencies and Google/ Meta / Naver / Kakao / Coupang Media Group)
-Strong multi communication skill with media director and brand teams & e-com teams to bring the best insight into each brands & related stakeholder
-Past experiences on global media tools (e.g : Google Analytics, brand safety & sustainability solution tool, naming conversion tool etc)
-Good understanding & professional passions on search media & performance media & retailer media management & analytics tool. - Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Skills: good communication skills (both written and verbal) and team player
- Other Skills & knowledge: Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word, Google Analytics
