L'Oréal Luxe Retail Analysis Manager
L'Oréal Luxe are on the lookout for a Retail Analysis Manager. You will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate retail and budget analysis to our Field and Head Office teams. You will ensure the Field team and key stakeholders are equipped with the latest data and insights they need to understand their business performance and budgets, enabling them to focus on driving the results of the Luxe division. You will work collaboratively with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Commercial) to create, maintain and continually optimise our reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
RETAIL REPORTING & ANALYSIS
- Regular (weekly, Monthly, YTD etc) Retail Results reporting across brands, channels, regions, categories, from store to total Luxe view to the retail & omni education team, as well as the division.
- Analyse & provide insights into performance (from multiple views), and provide recommendations.
- Anticipate in the calendar when additional analysis and reporting required for Big Bet Launches, Animations & Trade activity is required.
- With the Field Support Manager, manage the communication cadence to key stakeholders.
- Support the team with ad hoc analysis, reports for key meetings, zone visits and as required.
- Manage data flows and identify opportunity to add value to data touch points and additional reports as needed.
- Manage maintenance and creation BI Dashboards.
- Reporting monthly on FTE & HC by region and brand, and support during trend/budget process.
- Collaborate with brand & commercial functions to enhance value of the retail reporting.
RETAIL & EDUCATION BUDGETS & ANALYSIS
- Temporary Agency Staffing:
- Responsible for the centralised reporting of temporary agency staff for the retail team.
- Work with agency providers on their reporting and auditing, ROI analysis.
- Prepare reporting on agency spend, ROI analysis and recommendations.
- Luxe Retail & Education Projects Budget:
- Support the function to manage the budgets and trend process, including stakeholder management.
- Advise on Budgets with relevant stakeholders.
- Retail & Education ROI analysis:
- Support in ROI analysis of key activities (education programs/projects, animations etc).
